The Northern Panhandle RC&D is currently updating its Area Plan, for 2010-2014. Through this process, the NP RC&D Council will have a greater understanding of the needs of the local communities. This information will be used to broaden and strengthen existing programs and develop new programs to effectively serve the Northern Panhandle.
